About the Framework
The role of Talent Professionals is to drive success of those organisational objectives through either Hiring Talent, Building Talent or Leading Talent. There are specific pain points and issues to address in each of those such as attraction, selection, mobilisation, development and leadership performance. The key is to always ensure that our initiatives are in line with the broader objectives and not to lose sight of the bigger picture.
We designed this as a diagnostic tool to help clients not lose sight of the overall organisational strategy and the impact it has on their day-to-day as a Talent Professional.
